What This Is:

The Gloam is a small-group enrichment program where children step into a story and help shape it from within. Each week blends performance, problem-solving, and collaborative storytelling in a structured, guided environment. The work is focused, imaginative, and designed for children who enjoy thinking, creating, and participating fully.

Program Details:

• 10-week session

• Weekly classes

• Grades 3-6

• Cohorts capped at 10 students

• Begins the week of 09/17/2026

Enrollment Process & Policy:

• Enrollment is completed in two steps:

  1. Submit the application form
  2. Submit the $150 deposit to reserve a spot

  The remaining tuition of $1,350 is paid by check prior to the start of the program.

  Spots are confirmed once full tuition is received.

• Deposit: A $150 deposit is required to secure a seat.

• Cancellations: Full refund (including deposit) if canceled more than 3 weeks before the start date (Aug 17, 2026)

• Late Cancellations: Within 3 weeks of the start date, tuition is refundable minus the $150 non-refundable seat fee.

• Early Withdrawal: Refunds are only available within the first two weeks of the 10-week cycle, minus the $150 seat fee.

This is a small, focused group experience.

Students are expected to attend consistently, participate actively, and work respectfully with others.

Families should be prepared to commit to the full 10-week session.
